Eve knew she was gay from a very young age. Although her parents were moderately supportive of her when she came out at age 14, she was teased relentlessly at school. About 2 years later, she started drinking in secret. Her parents started to notice a drastic change in her behavior then, and shipped her off to a boarding school in Maryland, where Eve learned to ride horses. She was a natural, and she enjoyed it. She graduated from the boarding school at 18, and all was well for a while. She stayed on the East coast, and moved to Harrisbury, where she enrolled in a nearby university. But after breaking up with a long time girlfriend, Eve started gravitating towards the bottle again. She decided to try to get back into riding, purchasing an appaloosa yearling at a local auction, and thus her reason for being at Foxtail.
