Summer has long, straight red hair parted to the side with side swept bangs. Her sea green eyes are well framed by her freckle covered face. She is around 5 foot 8 with a slender build, weighing the normal amount of LBS.

Personality:
Summer's hair matches her fiery temper. At times, (due to concussion) her emotions are heightened; especially anger. Around others, she may be cautious or appear as if she trusts no one, but that fades as she gets to know someone. While she is emotional and outgoing around other girls, her shyness peeks around other guys. Most of the time she would only smile and not make eye contact, but at times she talks.

Optimistic much? That's right, Summer is always optimistic. She's got a bit of realist in her, but mostly she dreams and always looks at the glass half full. The artist in her shines when she's around Pilot. Painting a lot, Summer has perfected her Pilot art.

The gentle side of her comes out when Summer is around horses. Any horse makes her heart tender and happy. She loves nearly every animal with all of her heart and one day dreams of becoming a champion rider and a veterinarian.

History:
Summer's story stretches way back to when she was ten. For her 10th birthday, she was surprised by getting her own horse named Pilot. Her family wasn't the richest, so when they found pilot for such a low price, they couldn't resist.

When Summer Kyss turned sixteen, she was still living in Dublin when she suffered a horrific accident. She was walking towards the pasture fence with Pilot to turn him out for the night. A rustling sound made Pilot spook, so he jumped the fence, pulling the lead rope tight around Summer's wrist. The jerking motion of Pilot jumping made her fling forward into the fence where she was clipped in the head by one of her stallion's hooves. No one found her for a few hours.

Following the accident, the Kyss family decided to move to America. When they arrived, Summer started fainting every once in a while and getting migraines. The family figured it was post concussion syndrome and moved on.

Pilot was never the same after the accident. He was much more careful and gentle. Never again did he want to go into a pasture, no matter how hard Summer tried or coaxed him. The odd thing was that he would go in the indoor arena to get exercise and the seventeen year old girl now took him outside to graze for an hour while she read a book or talked to him.

For your character to be a veterinarian, they would have to go through medical school and would be at least twenty six (4 years college, 4 years vet med) so please pick another occupation or adjust her age accordingly. (Vet tech positions are also available and your character could have that as an occupation at 20, they are basically just vet assistants but do much of the same work that an actual vet does)
