There are some rules you need to know about when it comes to housing, because I won't let people run around with mansions when their character has no business owning one. Therefore, to make everyone equal, there are a few floor plans I've made that you can choose from. Some have furniture pictured on them, you do not have to set your house up the same way. If the room is labeled, you don't have to use it for that unless it's the garage, kitchen or bathroom (because those have hookups for that kind of room). Magnolia House: Bottom Top -- 2 Bedroom -- 1 1/2 Bathrooms -- Furniture/Fixtured Pictured is included (minus car) -- Small, covered porch -- Spiral Staircase -- 1 Car Garage
Retrom House: Bottom Top -- 3 Bedroom -- 2 bathrooms -- Large Extra Living Pace -- 1 Car Garage -- Very Large -- No furniture or fixture included Ranch House: Single Floor -- Decently Sized -- 2 Bedrooms -- 1 Bathroom -- 2 Car Garage -- Porch can be added on easily -- All Fixtures/Furniture shown is included (Except cars) Rockinghorse House Done by Celeste Single Floor -- 2 Bedrooms -- 2 Bathrooms -- 2 Car Garrage -- Office -- Patio -- All Furniture/Fixtures (apart from car) are included House Wanted: For which characters: Any room change:
