Dylan grew up not knowing his father. It was just him and his mother, who loved to ride and had her own horse, until she died in a tragic car accident a few months prior. With her death, Dylan came into a lot of money via life insurance. He had been planning on selling his mother's horse, but decided to keep him since the gelding was all he really had left of his mom. He'd ridden a few times at his mom's request, but he doesn't know a lot about horses, at all. Yet Dylan's willing to learn, for his mother and her (now his) gelding.
